What We Do

As an orphan ministry, our work revolves around the most vulnerable children in the Philippines. Stories abound in how these precious children become orphaned. The widespread poverty, frequent natural disasters and inter-country conflict make the whole nation vulnerable, but most especially the children. Many estimate the number of orphans to be around 2% of the entire population.

Here is what we are doing to help

Safe Shelter

“There’s no place like home.”

What is quite common to most of us is often a desperate need for others, especially those most susceptible.

Whether a new-born baby or a child coming off the streets, a safe and stable place to live is essential, which is why part of our mission is the construction of family-style facilities.

Necessities of Life

With your help, we provide each child with:

  • Nutritious meals and snacks every day. (From time to time we hold a “Feeding Frenzy Day” where kids from the church and community are welcome to come eat with the kids in the orphanage.
  • Clothing suitable for guapo boys, maganda girls and ever-so-cute babies.
  • An excellent education that prepares them for a bright future.
  • Quality healthcare ensuring they get regular wellness check-ups as well as any acute care and medications they may need.

Experts say that once a child’s physiological needs are met, and the feeling of security and safety are in place, a child needs to feel love and belonging in order to grow.

Our facilities are staffed with loving and caring Christian men and women ensuring each child is shown and feels that tender and guiding love.

Proverbs 22:6

“Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old, he will not depart from it.”

While the kids are with us, we provide them with godly instruction. Each child is taught the Gospel of Jesus Christ and what it means to be followers of the Savior. For a more in-depth look at what we believe, please check out our Statement of Beliefs.
